HCE｜Human Connection Ecosystem
Every living system follows the same cycle of connection.
People, brands, communities, cultures, and civilizations—every organic system that endures follows the same cycle of five phases: Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Integration, and Transmission, expressed through twelve stages. HCE (Human Connection Ecosystem) is a theory for understanding how connection begins, deepens, becomes part of identity and culture, breaks, reconnects, and carries meaning forward through time.
人、ブランド、共同体、文化、文明——存続する生命体は共通して、５つのフェーズ（需要・関与・維持・統合・継承）と１２のステージという同じサイクルを辿る。 HCE（Human Connection Ecosystem）は、繋がりがどのように始まり、育ち、自己や文化の一部となり、断絶と再接続を経験しながら、意味を時間の先へ受け渡していくのかを読み解く理論である。
An organic system moves through a cycle that rises, sinks, remembers, and returns. From a person to a brand, a community, a culture, or a civilization,——everything that endures passes through five phases: Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Integration, and Transmission.
有機的なシステムは、浮上し、沈み、記憶し、再び戻る循環をたどる。 人も、ブランドも、共同体も、文化も、文明も——長く残るものはすべて、受容、関与、維持、統合、継承という5つのフェーズを通じて、つながりを深め、意味を次の時間へ受け渡していく。

Layer 1｜5 Phasesレイヤー1｜5フェーズ
The five phases describe the broader progression through which an organic system is received, engaged with, sustained, integrated into identity or culture, and transmitted forward through time.
５つのフェーズは、有機的なシステムが受容され、関与が深まり、維持され、自己や文化の一部として統合され、次の時間へ継承されていくまでの大きな流れを示す。
A problem, absence, need, or possibility becomes perceptible. The system enters awareness, attracts attention, and creates a reason for an initial approach. Recognition. A lack, value, or presence begins to appear.
問題、欠落、必要性、あるいは可能性が認識される。存在に気づき、注意を向け、最初に近づく理由が生まれる。
Understanding develops through contact, resonance creates personal relevance, and trust begins to form. The initial approach develops into a relationship worth continuing.
接触を通じて理解が進み、共鳴によって自分との関連性が生まれ、信頼が形成され始める。最初の接近が、関わり続ける価値のある関係へと発展する。
Participation, investment, and repetition increase commitment. The relationship becomes sufficiently valuable, safe, and familiar to be sustained as part of everyday behavior.
参加、投資、反復によって関与の度合いが高まる。関係は、日常の行動として維持されるだけの価値、安全性、親しみを獲得し、継続可能な習慣として定着する。
The relationship becomes embedded in identity, life, behavior, or culture. What was once external is embodied, expressed, and advocated through the person or system itself.
関係が自己認識、生活、行動、文化の中に組み込まれる。かつて外部にあったものが、本人やシステムによって体現され、表現され、他者へ推奨されるようになる。
Accumulated meaning, practices, and values move beyond the individual. They are preserved through institutions, culture, memory, teaching, or imitation and carried forward to new people and future generations.
蓄積された意味、実践、価値が個人を超えて残る。それらは制度、文化、記憶、教育、模倣などを通じて保存され、新たな人々や次の世代へ受け渡される。

Each stage shows how a living system is found, understood, trusted, and integrated into life or culture.
各ステージは、生命体がどのように見つけられ、理解され、信頼され、生活や文化の中へ入っていくかを示す。

Even at the same stage, the reason for movement can differ. HCE reads those reasons as drivers.
同じステージに見えても、人が動く理由は異なる。HCEは、その移動理由をドライバーとして読む。

Whether connection remains depends not only on motivation, but also on presence, trust, depth, and continuity.
繋がりが残るかどうかは、動機の強さに加えて、共在、信頼、深さ、継続性によって決まる。
Trust-Grounded Emotion信頼に接地した感情
Safety is soil, trust is roots, emotion is the flower, and shared history is the tree ring. Emotion can begin connection, but without trust it remains fragile; without shared history it does not become culture.
安心は土壌、信頼は根、感情は花、共有履歴は年輪である。感情だけで繋がりは始まるが、信頼がなければ熱狂は壊れやすく、共有履歴がなければ文化として残らない。
Safety. The condition in which vigilance lowers and connection can begin.
安心。警戒が下がり、繋がりが始まるための環境。
Trust. The judgment that it is safe to entrust something of oneself.
信頼。委ねてもよいという判断が、感情を支える。
Emotion. Resonance, attachment, and intensity appear at the surface.
感情。共鳴、愛着、熱狂として表面に現れる。
Shared History. Repeated experience becomes memory and culture.
共有履歴。繰り返された経験が、記憶と文化になる。
Break / Reconnect断絶と再接続
If trust, shared history, investment, symbols, or rituals remain, reconnection and transmission remain possible.
信頼、共有履歴、投資、象徴、儀式が残っていれば、再接続や継承の余地が生まれる。
