HCE (Human Connection Ecosystem) is a theory for reading the universal cycle through which organic systems involving human beings generate connection, become part of life and culture, break, reconnect, and transmit meaning forward through time.
人も、ブランドも、共同体も、文化も、文明も——存続する生命体はすべて、５つのフェーズ（認知・接続・信頼・統合・継承）と１２のステージという同じサイクルを辿る。HCE（Human Connection Ecosystem）は、人間が関わる有機システムが接続を生み、人生や文化の一部となり、断絶し、再接続し、意味を時間の先へ継承していく生命体の普遍的なサイクルを読み解く理論である。
A living system is observed as a cycle that rises, sinks, remembers, and returns. From a person to a brand, community, culture, or civilization, everything that survives must be noticed, connected, trusted, integrated, and passed on.
生命システムは、浮上し、沈み、記憶し、再び戻るサイクルとして観測される。 人も、ブランドも、共同体も、文化も、文明も——存続するものはすべて、認知され、接続され、信頼され、統合され、次へ渡される。

Layer 1｜5 Phasesレイヤー1｜5フェーズ
The five phases describe the larger movement through which a living system is recognized, connected, trusted, integrated into identity or culture, and transmitted forward.
５つのフェーズは、生命体が認知され、接続し、信頼を形成し、自己や文化の一部となり、次の時間へ受け渡されるまでの大きな流れを示す。
Recognition. A lack, value, or presence begins to appear.
認知。欠落・価値・存在が見え始める。
Connection. Understanding and resonance open the relationship.
接続。理解と共鳴を通じて関係が開く。
Trust. Reasons to entrust and the safety to continue emerge.
信頼。委ねる理由と継続する安全が生まれる。
Integration. The relationship becomes part of self, life, or culture.
統合。関係が自己・生活・文化の一部になる。
Transmission. Meaning remains beyond the individual and is passed on.
継承。意味が個人を超えて残り、次へ渡る。

Each stage shows how a living system is found, understood, trusted, and integrated into life or culture.
各ステージは、生命体がどのように見つけられ、理解され、信頼され、生活や文化の中へ入っていくかを示す。

Even at the same stage, the reason for movement can differ. HCE reads those reasons as drivers.
同じステージに見えても、人が動く理由は異なる。HCEは、その移動理由をドライバーとして読む。

Whether connection remains depends not only on motivation, but also on presence, trust, depth, and continuity.
接続が残るかどうかは、動機の強さに加えて、共在、信頼、深さ、継続性によって決まる。
Trust-Grounded Emotion信頼に接地した感情
Safety is soil, trust is roots, emotion is the flower, and shared history is the tree ring. Emotion can begin connection, but without trust it remains fragile; without shared history it does not become culture.
安心は土壌、信頼は根、感情は花、共有履歴は年輪である。感情だけで接続は始まるが、信頼がなければ熱狂は壊れやすく、共有履歴がなければ文化として残らない。
Safety. The condition in which vigilance lowers and connection can begin.
安心。警戒が下がり、接続が始まるための環境。
Trust. The judgment that it is safe to entrust something of oneself.
信頼。委ねてもよいという判断が、感情を支える。
Emotion. Resonance, attachment, and intensity appear at the surface.
感情。共鳴、愛着、熱狂として表面に現れる。
Shared History. Repeated experience becomes memory and culture.
共有履歴。繰り返された経験が、記憶と文化になる。
Break / Reconnect断絶と再接続
If trust, shared history, investment, symbols, or rituals remain, reconnection and transmission remain possible.
信頼、共有履歴、投資、象徴、儀式が残っていれば、再接続や継承の余地が生まれる。
